the why

we made the NZ team. now we just need to get there.

Sky running is where earth meets sky, the intersection between running and mountaineering, thousands of metres of vertical gain and descent, often at altitude, in a wild and remote landscape.

In the Sky Running World Championships we will be traversing the island of La Gomera, running 64km with 4,000m of vertical gain. La Gomera is a Spanish municipality off the West Coast of Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. Quite far from home!

We are looking to raise $3,000 each to help with the cost of flights and accommodation, as it is an athlete funded competition.

It's been a dream of ours to represent New Zealand and we can't believe it could be a reality, and that we get to do it together.

The sky is the limit.
